Refund and Return policy

 

If you want to return an item for any reason, you can and have 14 (fourteen) calendar days since you received your products. to start the return process.  For the return to be accepted some conditions apply:

• The item must be new.
• It must be unused, unwashed and unaltered.
• The item must have the original Brand tags attached.
• You must have the original receipt and the order number.

If all the above conditions are met, you can start the refund process by sending a message for the following email support@bgzbrand.com. To make the process faster,  write "Refund" on the subject and send pictures of the product if it applies ( it's required in case of damaged products.)

Once approved, you will receive an email with the return address and will have 5 (five) business days to send the package back to our office. Once we receive it, we will inspect it and start the refund process.

You are responsible for the return costs and can use the shipment method of your choice. (Exceptions may apply).

-Do not send the return back to sender or it may delay all the process.

-Do not send the return without approval of our customer service or it will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions 

- You didn't receive your package because information on the address submitted by you was wrong or incomplete.

- You didn't receive your package because no one was available at the address submitted by you to receive it.

If a package is returned to our office for any of the above reasons, after inspected we can make a refund but the amount of 8€ (or the equivalent in your currency) will be deducted from the refund for the shipping costs.

Exchanges

 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Purchases made with gift cards will be refunded as a gift card of the same amount.
